Terms of Service

LEAD is a guided document-preparation service offered by INSPL. We help you prepare an Advance Medical Directive (Living Will) and Health Care Power of Attorney under Indian law, and guide you through signing, attestation, and custody. LEAD is not a law firm or medical provider and does not give legal or medical advice.

You must be an adult of sound mind, acting voluntarily, and preparing a directive for yourself. Identity is verified through Aadhaar eKYC or a government-issued ID where eKYC is unavailable. Each individual prepares their own directive.

The service is a single fixed fee per person, charged in full in advance and inclusive of applicable GST. Third-party notary, witness, registration, or custodianship fees are not included. Refunds depend on the stage your case has reached.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and wishes you provide, reviewing and approving your draft, and completing the signing, witnessing, and registration steps we guide you through.

We prepare your document from your inputs and medical evidence and guide execution. We do not guarantee a medical outcome. Implementation varies by state; consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

The LEAD platform, templates, and content are owned by INSPL. Your completed directive and personal information are yours. You may use the platform only to prepare and manage your own directive.

To the extent permitted by law, INSPL's liability arising from the service is limited to the fee you paid. We are not liable for outcomes that depend on third parties or steps outside our preparation and guidance.

We may update these terms. If they change materially, we will ask you to review and re-accept the current version before your case continues.
